- Beautifully taught by Rachel Foster GLOW’s highly skilled, calm and playful qualified Pilates instructor and specialist prenatal/postnatal Yoga teacher with 500 hours or Registered Yoga Training (500RYT)
- Pre & postnatal Pilates – core and pelvic floor strength, joint stability and mobility
- Mums & Bubs Pilates – mother-baby connection, strength and mobility
- Prenatal & postnatal yoga. – focus on core strength, relaxation and mindfulness.
GLOW Pilates and Yoga be accessed without a referral from your GP or Obstetrician.
