It’s all about going with the flow – whatever you or your mini yogi brings to the class it’s OK… after all isn’t “going with the flow” a key parenting skill?
Your Mini needs a sleep, wants to feed, wants to play or has simply had enough… it’s all good. You just need to lie still, revisit your down face dog or simply remember that you could touch your toes once…we’ve got your back.

What to Expect
- At Mums & Bubs Yoga you’ll experience core strength, flexibility and relaxation in a playful way.
- Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks post c-section until your Mini Yogi is actively crawling.
- We aim to make our yoga as accessible as possible.
- Taught by a certified mums and bubs yoga teacher this truly has to be one of Melbourne’s most affordable speciality yoga
