All consultations have an out of pocket cost. Appointment fees vary depending on the type, complexity and length of consultations.

Our Payment Terms
We know navigating through perinatal years can be challenging enough, so we keep our payment terms simple.
Payment of your account is required, in full, on the day of service, and can be made via EFTPOS, Visa or Master Card. We are unable to accept cash or cheques. If you are entitled to a medicare rebate, our use of Medicare electronic claiming means, in most instances, you can receive applicable Medicare rebates directly into your bank account. At times, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may need to submit your receipt to Medicare to obtain the rebate.
Our Cancellation Policy
We acknowledge that unexpected life events may interfere with your ability to attend your appointment. Last minute cancellations or non-attendance of a consultation session could be a missed opportunity for another family to receive care. We know that you will understand this.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fee
If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us as soon as possible. Thank you.
Non-attendance or cancellation at short notice will incur a cancellation fee
Non-attendance or appointments cancelled at short notice are very difficult to fill. Cancellation fees are as follows:
- All cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or non attendance of a booked appointment, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the consultation cost plus GST.
Cancellation fees are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
