Join us for Pre and Postnatal Yoga at GLOW with Rachel Foster, GLOW’s experienced Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher.
Our pre and postnatal yoga classes are designed to support women wherever they are in their pre or postnatal journey incorporating poses to improve general fitness, strength, flexibility, agility and improve posture.
Breathing and relaxation practices to soothe the nervous system and practices to help develop the mental and physical strength needed for the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood in a community of like-minded women.
Suitable for mothers who are 12 weeks prenatal, 6 weeks postnatal and 8 weeks post c-section.
These classes are for you but if you would like to practice with your baby our Mums and Bubs Pilates is for you!
