Our Pilates classes are designed to support women wherever they are in their pre or postnatal journey with exercises to strengthen the deep core muscles, provide stability, flexibility and joint mobility.
Pilates can help alleviate pain, relieve tightness and tension in the body and improve posture. With focussed breathing to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and increase oxygen supply and create a mind body connection in a community of like-minded women.
Suitable for mothers who are 12 weeks prenatal, 6 weeks postnatal and 8 weeks post c-section.
