An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced child psychologist with expertise in child mental health to join our multidisciplinary clinic conveniently located in Berwick. This is a subcontractor opportunity, and you will require your own ABN. 

GLOW is a contemporary, multidisciplinary clinic that supports the emotional health and wellbeing of women, their infants/children and families – from preconception to Grade 6.  GLOW brings together like-minded colleagues including, child psychologists, paediatricians, perinatal psychologists, perinatal psychiatrists, and dietitian.

This opportunity would suit a child psychologist with:

  • A strong knowledge of early childhood development and evidence-based approaches to child cognitive, mental and behavioural difficulties
  • The ability to provide comprehensive assessments including developmental, cognitive and behavioural assessments utilising relevant assessment tools  
  • The ability to engage children, their parents and guardians in effective therapy and solutions
  • Ability to work as part of a unique, forward thinking and contemporary practice and model of care
  • A complimentary vision and philosophy

The opportunity requires:

  • Relevant degree in your area of specialty
  • Specialist training and demonstrated experience in child mental health
  • Current AHPRA registration,
  • A Medicare Provider Number
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance as required by AHPRA
  • An Australian Business Number to work as a sub-contractor
