Libby has practiced yoga for 20 years and is continuously amazed at the depth of the practice and all it has to offer. Libby has studied and practiced under the guidance of many experienced teachers and is humbled to share some of the knowledge and practices passed down to her. Libby completed her 500hr yoga teacher training in 2012 and has additional prenatal and postnatal yoga teaching qualifications. Libby is a mother of two girls and a Paediatric Occupational Therapist. She has spent the last few years studying the nervous system in depth and loves to weave modern science with ancient wisdom in her classes. Libby is passionate about building community and connection to ourselves and the world around us.
Libby’s classes are designed to help you connect to your inner resources to support you as you prepare for birth and for your motherhood journey. Each class guides you to deepen your body awareness and connection to your breath. The exercises have a focus on core stability and overall mobility to support your health and wellbeing. We finish with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
